OK Magazine caught up with Angelina Jolie at the Bob Hope Airport in Burbank this afternoon. The star was taking some time off from her family and practicing her aviation skills in her personal small engine plane. Jolie spent 90 minutes in the air practicing her takeoffs and landings.

A witness says, “She looked like she was just having so much fun. It even seems like she’s got a little muscle tone in her arms, like she’s been working out again.”

Kung Fu Panda Comes to Tv

Hit animated film Kung Fu Panda is making the transition to the small screen – the movie is to be adapted into a TV series.

The 2008 movie, which featured the voices of Jack Black and Angelina Jolie, was a box office smash, grossing $600 million (£400 million) worldwide.

It was also nominated for an Oscar at this year’s (09) Academy Awards.

And now the film’s success is set to continue, with a Kung Fu Panda cartoon series in production for cable children’s network Nickelodeon.

The 26-episode series will use the same computer-generated process as the film but it is not known whether any of the stars will reprise their roles.

The show is scheduled to air in 2010.

The future of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s relationship is apparently uncertain following an explosive row between the pair, it’s claimed.

The Changeling star – who has been busy working long hours on the set of her new film Salt – is said to have walked in on Brad downing beers and watching DVDs whilst the children were left to run riot around the house.

A friend of the actress told Grazia magazine: “Angelina was completely and utterly exhausted, so when she came home after a hard day’s work and found Brad had apparently done nothing all day except watch DVDs, she was livid.

“She went upstairs and shook Brad awake. He was like a bear with a sore head and kept telling her to leave him alone.”

This isn’t the first time Brad’s behaviour is said to have left Angelina reeling – the couple reportedly came to blows earlier this month when the actress found her laid back partner massaging the nanny.

It was also previously reported that the couple were spending the nights in separate rooms due to Jolie’s 15-hour work schedule that was apparently leaving her with less time to spend with the family.

Katie Holmes Wants Playdate With Jolie

Angelina Jolie and Katie Holmes are throwing a tea party for their daughters.

The former ‘Dawson’s Creek’ star has reportedly invited Angelina and her eldest girls Zahara, 4, and Shiloh, 2, for tea and cupcakes with her two-year-old Suri at their New York home.

A source said: “Katie loves entertaining and spoke to Angelina about having an at-home tea party with cupcakes for the girls.”

Another source adds: “It’s something she has wanted to do for ages. Because of security reasons, Katie can’t have just any child over to her home.

“But with celebrity tots like Shiloh and Zahara, there’s no problem.”

Katie, 30, and Angelina, 33, have both relocated their families to New York while they work on upcoming films.

They started planning the playdate in Los Angeles in January when Angelina and her partner Brad Pitt met Katie and her husband Tom Cruise at a private Golden Globes after-party at the Sunset Tower Hotel.

Tom, 46, and Brad, 45, first met when they co-starred in 1994 film ‘Interview with the Vampire’, but failed to stay in touch over the years.

Since the film, their careers and social circles have become so different, they rarely see each other. But at the party both talked at length about their children and they agreed to get their little girls together.

Katie and Tom are said to be keen to introduce Suri to children her own age because her adopted siblings – Connor, 14, and Isabella, 16 – are much older.

An insider said: “Suri’s a very shy young lady. Even when Tom or Katie have taken her to a park or beach and tried to introduce her to other kids for a little playtime, it hasn’t worked. She’s very clingy.”

The 33-year-old actress was in Washington, DC, filming her upcoming spy thriller Salt with co-star Liev Schreiber.

Angelina Jolie, who sports both brunette and blonde coifs in the flick, was in straw-hair mode today, and was apparently filming a scene that required her to dash around in an urgent manner.

And she looked pretty good doing it.

Angelina, 33, co-stars with Liev Schreiber in Salt, which will feature the brunette stunner in a variety of exotic costumes and wigs. So is Agent Salt a traitor or not? That’s what the audience will try to find out.

Shooting will continue in D.C. through March 10 near L’Enfant Plaza, the Navy Memorial and Pennsylvania Avenue, reports the Washington Post.
