Britney Spears Is The Star Of 2009 Teen Choice Awards

The Circus singer was presented with the highest of honors at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards at Universal City, California’s Gibson Amphitheater Sunday: the Ultimate Choice Award. The awards were determined by more than 83 million votes cast by fans, showing that her troubles of yesteryear remain in the past in the eyes of the fans.

The singer had been all but written off two years ago after a series of bizarre incidents, legal entanglements was magnified when an out-of-sorts, out-of-shape Spears gave a lackluster performance of her hit, ‘Gimme More’, at the 2007 MTV Music Awards.

Reality star Kim Kardashian has dyed her hair blonde and showed off her newly lightened hair at the 2009 Teen Choice Awards in Los Angeles Aug. 9.

This isn’t the first time Kim has gone blondish. In April, Kim also showed off a similar hairstyle, but later admitted in her blog that it was actually a wig.
